How to Apply
DOMESTIC STUDENTS
MATERIALS WE REQUIRE:
  1. Application for Admission
  2. Non-refundable $75 application fee
  3. Copy of high school diploma or GED
  4. Demo Track (MP3, CD, DVD, MySpace, or Youtube)
    * The demo is not required. If you have one, please send it to us.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
MATERIALS WE REQUIRE:
  1. Completed Application
  2. Non-refundable $150 application fee
  3. Copy of high school diploma, official college transcript, or equivalent document
  4. Copy of passport
  5. Copy of a current bank statement
  6. Demo Track (MP3, CD, DVD, MySpace, or Youtube)
    * The demo is not required. If you have one, please send it to us.
Details
After the application is approved, the student must do the following:

The student is responsible for applying for a Visa after obtaining the I-20. However, please note that Visa regulations are subject to change. Check the U.S Embassy website for the latest information.
  1. Receive the Acceptance Letter, Enrollment Agreement, and Tuition Invoice from CCM.
  2. Send CCM the signed Enrollment Agreement, FULL tuition payment, and all enrollment fees.
  3. Receive an I-20.
  4. Find out which documents are required for the Visa application. Check the American Embassy website.
  5. Fill out the Visa application: DS-160.
  6. Submit two fees: the Visa application fee and SEVIS I-901 fee.
  7. Make an appointment for the Visa interview at the American Embassy.
  8. Attend the Visa interview (Bring ALL required documents.).
  9. Receive a F-1 or M-1 student Visa (normally within 7 business days after attending the interview).
  10. Arrive in Los Angeles, CA, USA.
  11. Attend your scheduled Orientation Day (Please see the attached Admissions Deadlines.).

    (a 5% service charge will be applied when you make a payment by credit card)
