Materials Required:
- Completed Application for Admission.
- $150 application fee.
- Copy of high school diploma, official college transcript, or equivalent document.
- Copy of your passport.
- Copy of a current bank statement.
- Audition Demo with at least one song performed by the applicant. This demo need not be professionally recorded, but it must be audible for the demo reviewer to hear your instrument clearly. Acceptable media formats: mp3, CD, live audition. An audition is not required for Engineering & Music Production applicants.
Applications are evaluated within 5 - 10 business days. Acceptance is based on the information you provide pertaining to your experience, previous training and goals in music. TOEFL test is not required, but strongly suggested for non-English-speaking students. |
After your application is approved you must do the following:
- Receive Acceptance Letter, Enrollment Agreement, and Tuition Invoice from CCM.
- Send
CCM the signed Enrollment Agreement, and FULL tuition payment, and all enrollment fees.
- Receive I-20.
- Check the required documents on the American Embassy website.
- Fill out Visa applications: DS-156, DS-157, DS-158.
- Submit fees: Visa application fee and SEVIS I-901 fee.
- Make appointment for Visa interview at American Embassy.
- Attend Visa interview (make sure to bring ALL required documents).
- Receive F-1 or M-1 student Visa (normally within 7 business days after attending the interview).
- Arrive at Los Angeles, USA.
- Attend your scheduled Orientation Day ( please see the attached Admissions Deadlines).
