Lorenzo studied at Scuola di Musica Popolare di Testaccio in Rome, Berklee College of Music, Los Angeles Music Academy, and privately with Jeff Richman, Frank Gambale, Bill Fowler, Tony Inzalaco, Arthur Renshaw, and Bobby Rodriguez in jazz, Latin and fusion styles. Lorenzo has performed and recorded with Zoo Drive, Preston, Grayson Wray, the Lorenzo Grassi Jazz Trio, Bobby Rodriguez, Mike Shapiro, Tony Dumas, Jessica James, and Shapes of Sound. He works actively in the Los Angeles music industry, and frequently in Italy with groups such as Area Successiva, Aye' Aye', and Narval Music Productions.
